What is included in each shipment?
En Famille members receive three 6-packs (18 bottles) annually. Each box generally includes: 2 bottles of flagship JoieFarm wines, 2 bottles from our 'en Famille' collection, and 2 seasonal or member-exclusive releases. Selections are a mix of white, red, rosé and sparkling wines and curated so members can taste the entire JoieFarm portfolio throughout the year.
Can I choose my own wines?
The wines included for our en Famille members are specially curated; we do not allow substitutions. However, members can customize their box by adding additional wines of their choice or place a mix-and-match order anytime using their 10% discount!
How do I get free shipping?
Adding any 6 bottles (or can equivalent) to an upcoming shipment (for a total of 12 bottles or can equivalent) qualifies for free shipping. Shipping charges are flat rate but do vary by province.
How do I add to my club order?
Several weeks in advance of every club shipment we will send an email with a link inviting members to add to their shipment. You can also add to your club box by logging-in to our website, hovering over "Wine Club" on the main banner, and selecting "Add to Upcoming Shipment".
On this page you will see:
a) The six wines comprising your upcoming club instalment. (Note: these are listed at the top. The quantities are set to 1 bottle minimum; we do not allow substitutions or subtractions of seasonal selections).
b) All other additional wines currently available, including limited release and member exclusive wines. To add any wine to your box, click on the dropdown and select the desired quantity. (Note: Add-ons are entirely optional, though wine club boxes of 12 combined bottles qualify for free shipping.)
- After adding the wines you'd like, scroll down to update shipping or billing information (if necessary).
- Once finished, press the red button that says Submit.
- We will consolidate your order and notify you at the time of shipping. (Note: you will not be billed until your wines are shipped. You can edit your wine club add-ons up until that time.)
How am I charged?
Members are only charged for the contents of their box; there are no fees to join, skip or cancel. Payment is only processed at the time shipping. We notify by email, in advance, the date we intend to begin collecting payments. (The approx average per shipment is $145 pre-tax + shipping).
How do I cancel my membership?
Members are asked to commit to one full delivery cycle (3 shipments) so they can experience the full breadth of our portfolio. Cancellation is free at any time, provided we are notified prior to the next shipment's cutoff date. (Should members cancel prior to their third shipment, any discounts received will be charged back to their credit card.)
What about shipping?
We ship using ATS, however will also use Canada Post for particularly rural or remote areas. We provide notice of shipment dates at least two weeks in advance. All deliveries containing alcohol legally require the signature of someone of legal drinking age.
Shipments are temperature controlled in winter and summer months.
During the Tasting Room season, you are welcome to choose to pick up your order at the Tasting Room during business hours, free of charge. The Tasting Room is open 12pm-5pm, Thursday through Monday (closed Tuesday and Wednesday), May 1-Oct 9, 2021.
Rescheduling/postponement requests must be received prior to the cutoff date. Members are responsible for informing us of any address changes. Additional shipping charges will apply for any redirected shipments.
