JoieFarm makes A Noble Blend in the spirit of Edelzwicker, a traditional aromatic blend produced in France for centuries. This wine was created out of respect for old world traditions while learning how to make wine in our relatively young, new world winemaking region. The 2022 A Noble Blend is a classic blend of Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc.
We make rosé simply because we love drinking it! Its moderate alcohol and natural acidity make it the best friend to any meal, picnic, or patio. Our Rosé is made is dry but fruit-forward and made from Pinot Noir and Gamay.
Joie’s Un-oaked Chardonnay is a crisp, pure expression of the Chardonnay grape. We ferment in stainless-steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the clean, fruit-forward nature of our Chardonnay as well as to fully express vineyard sites and vintage characteristics.
PTG combines elegant Pinot Noir with rich, spicy Gamay to create an incredibly well-balanced wine. The superiority of these varietals in our terroir is undeniable and, equally important, is their compatibility with Pacific Northwest cuisine.
Our En Famille Chardonnay is made from our most prized, old vine block of the Con Vida Vineyard on the Skaha Bluff. This site was picked twice to achieve a balance that is intensely ripe, mouth-watering, fresh, and savoury all at once.
The JoieFarm En Famille Pinot Noir is powerful, complex and incredibly perfumed. This Pinot Noir is a clonal selection of smaller-berried Dijon clones from four select vineyard sites on the Naramata Bench which provide a rich color and elegant fine tannins. This special occasion Pinot Noir is delicious now and will benefit from aging 5-7 years.
This wine is a dedicated Estate Gewürztraminer from the JoieFarm vineyard located on the Naramata Bench. Exotically flavoured, unctuous Gewürztraminers of France are the stylistic inspiration for this wine. It has alluring aromas of lychee and spicy fresh rose petals that carry through to intense and exotic flavours of orange blossom, kumquat and quince.
This Viognier is a special wine which was produced from a single vineyard site in at the foot of McIntyre Bluff in Oliver. It has full texture, medium acidity, aromas of honeysuckle and flavours of tangy apricots, lime peel, and green almonds.
